Serious game (simulation) on e-commerce to train regional teams of large FMCG


Following the success of our simple but effective Future of e-Retail game, we’ve been asked to develop a more advanced version of the game coupled with a training program of e-commerce managers of a large FMCG group.  The game was a good combination of educational/training exercise because of its rich and informative content, but it was also encouraging to think about creative and meaningful use of all the tools and tricks.

The large training session that we have conducted in Shanghai with 35 regional managers from all over the world was a success, and the exercised was followed by a series of similar workshops with regional teams.
